Duties & Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain product documentation, business workflows, user guides, and training material.
- Assist in developing and documenting business requirements for product features.
- Support internal coordination between the product, operations, compliance, and finance teams.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Track and maintain product performance reports and operational insights.
- Provide backup support to the team for daily operations when required.
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle and documentation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear and concise product documentation, user guides, and reports.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and coordinating across departments.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities, including providing operational support when needed.
- Flexible and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
