Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior UI Designer to drive the creation of visually stunning and highly intuitive interfaces for our digital products. Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and software applications.
- Design visual elements such as icons, graphics, and animations, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Design responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the user interface elements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative and modern design elements into projects.
- Prepare design specifications and guidelines for developers, ensuring the accurate implementation of the intended user interface.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and team members to measure satisfaction levels.
- Measure how well the designer incorporates feedback into design iterations. Adaptability and responsiveness to feedback are crucial for continuous improvement.
- Conduct design reviews to maintain high standards of design quality and usability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Oversee the full design process, from ideation and brainstorming to final execution and delivery.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing digital product work.
Strong expertise in layout, typography, color theory, and fundamental design principles.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience creating interactive prototypes using Figma, InVision, or similar platforms.
Ability to design seamless and responsive user experiences across a variety of devices and screen sizes.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams.
In-depth knowledge of WCAG guidelines and commitment to inclusive, accessible design practices.
Strong analytical skills to identify user pain points and craft intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers.
Experience presenting and justifying design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
User-focused design approach grounded in understanding user behaviors, needs, and feedback.
