Position Overview:

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a highly skilled SEO Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving organic growth by leveraging data analysis, competitor research, and innovative SEO strategies. Collaborating closely with the Organic Growth Lead, you’ll provide insights to enhance search engine rankings, boost website performance, and drive organic traffic. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a global fintech brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Performance Optimization

Monitor key metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to optimize website performance.

Competitor Research

Conduct detailed competitor analysis, identifying market trends and gaps. Use insights to inform and refine ACE’s SEO strategies.

Keyword Research & Content Strategy

Perform advanced keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and work with content teams to optimize content strategies aligned with business goals.

Technical SEO & On-Page Optimization

Optimize website architecture, metadata, and internal linking, and perform SEO audits to enhance crawlability, fix issues, and improve rankings.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

Execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink acquisition and partnerships, to boost domain authority and improve SEO visibility.

Reporting & Insights

Prepare comprehensive SEO performance reports, highlighting growth opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support data-driven decisions.

Staying Current with SEO Trends

Keep up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and tools, proactively implementing new strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualification & Requirements:

•   Minimum graduation Preferably in Marketing or any field.

•   4+ years of proven SEO experience with a track record of driving organic growth.

•   Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

•   Strong understanding of SEO algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.

•   Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

•   Strong communication skills and experience creating reports and presentations for stakeholders.

•   Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website optimization.

•   Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
