About the role:

ACE Money Transfer is on the lookout for a highly skilled and detail-oriented ASO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a marketer with expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) to enhance our company’s online presence, drive organic traffic, and significantly boost app downloads. As a part of one of the leading fintech companies in the world, you will have the opportunity to craft and execute strategies that directly contribute to customer acquisition and retention across multiple global markets.
Your role will be integral in shaping ACE Money Transfer’s digital footprint across search engines and app stores, ensuring our visibility remains high in both organic search rankings and app discoverability.

Key Responsibilities:

•Keyword Research & Strategy
Conduct extensive keyword research for web and app store content to target the right audience. Optimize keywords for better search and app visibility, aligning with business goals.

•Data-Driven Performance Optimization
Use tools like Google Analytics and ASO platforms to track performance metrics, guiding continuous optimization and ensuring ASO strategies evolve with data insights.

•SEO & ASO Strategy Execution
Enhance app store listings, visuals, and keywords to increase discoverability and downloads.

•Competitor & Market Analysis
Conduct competitive research to stay ahead in the industry, identifying key trends and opportunities ASO improvements in the remittance market.

•Staying Ahead of Algorithm Updates
Monitor algorithm updates for search engines and app stores, adjusting strategies to stay aligned with best practices and maintain long-term growth.

•Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with content, design, and tech teams to ensure cohesive messaging across website and app store listings, supporting overall marketing goals.

•Reporting & Insights
Prepare and present performance reports, providing actionable insights to continuously improve ASO strategies and support business objectives.

Skills Required:

•ASO Expertise: Proven track record of optimizing app store listings (iOS/Android) with a focus on increasing discoverability, conversion rates, and downloads.

•SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO. Proven experience in executing strategies that lead to organic growth.

•Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights to optimize ASO efforts.

•Technical Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) and ASO platforms (AppRadar, AppTweak, etc.)

•Content Optimization: Ability to develop and optimize engaging, keyword-rich content that enhances ASO performance.

•Algorithm Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust strategies in response to search engine and app store algorithm updates.

•Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Education and Experience:

•Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a combined ASO role, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and app downloads across multiple platforms.

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or ASO are a plus.
