We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence across all digital platforms. This role requires someone who understands how to build engaging content, stay ahead of trends, and drive meaningful audience growth through innovative social media strategies.

- Develop, lead, and execute the overall social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter/X, and emerging channels.
- Plan, manage, and oversee monthly content calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and supervise engaging, high-quality content including posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, and campaign creatives.
- Use tools such as Canva and CapCut to create visually compelling static and video content with a strong understanding of platform-first formats.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, pop culture moments, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure content remains relevant and high-performing.
- Identify and capitalize on trending topics, audio, memes, and digital conversations to enhance reach and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with designers, content teams, influencers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Lead influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, and UGC (user-generated content) initiatives.
- Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions while maintaining a positive and premium brand tone.
- Track performance metrics, campaign KPIs, and audience insights; prepare regular performance reports with strategic recommendations.
- Analyze competitor activity and industry benchmarks to continuously improve social media performance.
- Drive audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement through data-driven decision-making and creative experimentation.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong command of Canva, CapCut, and social media publishing/analytics tools.
- Excellent understanding of content trends, trending formats, viral culture, and platform algorithms.
- Strong creative direction and copywriting skills.
- Ability to translate performance data into actionable content strategies.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.
- Strong communication, planning, and project management skills.
