The position involves cross-department coordination, customer issue resolution, and operational support to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
Duties & Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively support Operations and Customer Support teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely issue resolution.
- Liaise with the Fraud Department to report and follow up on potentially fraudulent activities.
- Keep the supervisor informed of operational issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support interdepartmental coordination to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Respond to customer and internal complaint-related emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide operational backup support to team members when required.
- Assist in conducting quality assurance surveys and updating reports accordingly.
- Coordinate with Operations Team Leads to help identify and resolve operational gaps and improve efficiencies.
- Escalate operational and customer-related issues appropriately and ensure proper follow-up for resolution.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
Core Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of Fintech / Banking terminology (preferred).
- Strong adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills.
