Job Description:

Public Relations:
  • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation in the real estate industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and report on PR performance metrics.
  • Handle crisis communication and manage any potential negative publicity.
     
Brand Activation:
  • Plan and execute brand activation campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Organize and manage events such as property launches, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for brand activation, including digital and print materials.
  • Ensure all brand activation activities align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of brand activation campaigns and suggest improvements.
     
Content Creation and Management:
  • Work closely with the content team to develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Oversee the production of visual and written content for PR and brand activation purposes.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
     
Partnerships and Sponsorships:
  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders, including developers, architects, and interior designers.
  • Manage sponsorship opportunities that align with the company’s brand values and target audience.
     
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate sector.
  • Use insights from research to inform PR and brand activation strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
     



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in PR, brand activation, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of media relations and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using PR tools and software, as well as social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
     
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and dynamics.
  • Strong network of media contacts in the real estate or property sector.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
     
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based with occasional travel for events and meetings.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed for events or media engagements.
