- Oversee daily operational activities related to financial management services, ensuring high performance and compliance.
- Monitor and manage transactional processes, including payments, card issuance, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational disruptions in digital financial services and implement corrective measures.
Process Optimization
- Analyze workflows specific to digital financial services operations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline digital financial services -related processes.
- Collaborate with product management teams to support system enhancements and new features for offerings.
Team Leadership
