We are hiring a Telesales & Retention Officer to join our customer engagement team. The key focus of this role is to retain customers who initiate transaction cancellations and to reach out to users who couldn’t complete their transactions, helping them complete the process. This is a target-driven calling role that requires excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers who are cancelling transactions and convince them to proceed.
- Follow up with users who faced issues or dropped off during the transaction process.
- Record feedback and update the CRM with all customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve technical and service-related issues.
- Achieve assigned targets.
- Shifts may vary based on business needs, including evening or weekend coverage.
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, retention, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confident in handling objections and providing solutions.
- Understanding of digital payments or the remittance industry is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
