ACE Money is looking to hire CRM and Automation Executives for its Rawalpindi Office. 

Description:

We are looking for a skilled CRM and Automation Executive/Specialist with a strong background in the financial or tech industry to enhance our customer relationship management efforts and optimize our retention strategies. This role will focus on developing and executing targeted campaigns that improve customer engagement, increase retention rates, and drive business growth in a competitive remittance landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Braze platform, ensuring data integrity and compliance with financial regulations.
     
  • Segment customer data to create targeted campaigns based on financial behaviours, account types, and transaction histories.
Campaign Development:
  • Design, implement, and monitor automated email and messaging campaigns aimed at improving customer retention in financial services.
     
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content and strategies that address specific financial needs and goals of our customers.
Data Analysis:
  •  Analyse campaign performance metrics and customer data to identify trends in financial behaviour and engagement.
  • Use A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness, focusing on customer journeys that enhance loyalty and retention in the financial sector.
Retention Strategies:
  • Develop and execute retention strategies tailored to different customer segments, including high-net-worth individuals, small businesses, and institutional clients.
     
  • Implement customer feedback loops to continuously improve retention initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction in a regulated environment.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and compliance teams to align strategies and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
     
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and best practices specific to the financial industry.
Stay Updated:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM, customer retention, and regulatory requirements within the financial sector.
     
  • Recommend new tools or features within Braze to enhance capabilities and compliance.

Qualifications:

•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

•    Proven experience with CRM tools, specifically Braze or similar platforms, within the financial industry.

•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights
.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a regulated environment.

•    Familiarity with email marketing best practices and automation tools tailored to financial services.

•    Experience in customer retention strategies specific to the financial industry is preferred
