Job Summary:
The Product Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end sprint execution across business and technology teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with organizational goals. This role owns the sprint lifecycle, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and scope management, while ensuring delivery remains aligned with business priorities, customer experience objectives, operational needs, and technical constraints. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, the Product Lead will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including Finance, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Customer Support, and IT to gather requirements, identify process inefficiencies, and translate them into well-defined user stories and sprint tickets. The role requires close partnership with Engineering and IT teams to track progress, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure successful execution of Agile ceremonies and release cycles, while maintaining full transparency for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will balance competing priorities across business, customer, operational, regulatory, and technical considerations, driving efficiency, improving internal systems and customer-facing platforms, and enabling commercially impactful product delivery, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or Payments environments.

Job Description:
- Drive sprint execution end-to-end as a highly execution-focused Product Lead, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across business and technology teams.
- Own and govern the sprint lifecycle, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and deciding what is included in or deferred from each sprint based on business priorities and capacity.
- Ensure delivery alignment with business goals, customer experience objectives, operational needs, and technical constraints.
- Act as the key bridge between business and technology teams, aligning customer-facing applications and internal/back-office platforms with organizational strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Customer Support, IT) to gather and refine business, operational, and process requirements.
- Identify pain points across workflows and systems, and translate them into structured, actionable user stories and sprint tickets.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined, well-scoped, and aligned with broader business and product objectives.
- Partner closely with Engineering and IT teams to track sprint progress, manage timelines, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Proactively identify and manage blockers, dependencies, and risks throughout the sprint lifecycle.
- Coordinate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, QA/UAT coordination, and release tracking.
- Maintain clear and continuous visibility for stakeholders on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and release progress.
- Ensure successful and timely product releases with strong coordination between business, QA, and engineering teams.
- Balance competing priorities across customer needs, operational feasibility, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience, and internal tooling to reduce manual effort and streamline workflows.
- Preferably bring experience in Fintech, Banking, Payments, or other regulated environments with exposure to mobile apps, operational tools, and internal platforms.
- Contribute to commercially impactful delivery by ensuring product execution supports both business growth and operational effectiveness.
