About the Role:
We are seeking a Global Growth Manager to accelerate and manage our user base for both ACE Money Transfer and ACE Union. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with experimentation to drive measurable growth across digital remittance and financial services products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on lowering CAC, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Identify and optimize key growth levers using funnel analysis, cohort insights, and behavioral data across diaspora corridors.
- Lead A/B tests and data-driven experiments to enhance conversion and engagement across platforms.
- Design and implement retention and win-back campaigns using distinct segmentation, user journey analytics and suggest improvement areas.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, RD, CX, Treasury and CRM teams to scale high-impact initiatives.
- Use behavioural insights and segmentation to develop personalized engagement and communication.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through user data and product usage trends.
- Partner with marketing and customer success teams to enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Lead, track and report growth KPIs including activation, churn, retention, segmentation, and CLV for both ACE Money Transfer and ACE Union.
- Implement Product-Led Growth strategies to expand a global fintech remittance product’s user base while reducing churn.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular reviews, performance tracking, and feedback loops.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in growth, product, or analytics, ideally within fintech or SaaS.
- Proven record of delivering measurable growth through experimentation and data insights.
- Strong command of analytics tools such as Power BI, Firebase, GA4, and Adjust.
- Deep understanding of CLV, LTV, GTM, funnel optimization, and retention strategies.
Key Skills:
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Expertise in experimentation, funnel optimization, and user segmentation.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fintech, digital payments, or remittance platforms is preferred.
