Job Title: Scrum Master - Project Management Team (Marketing Focus)

Location: Kharian, Pakistan

Position Overview:

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic Project Management Team, with a focus on marketing. In this pivotal role, you will implement Agile principles and practices to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The objective of the Role:

The primary objective of this role is to enhance the agility and accountability of the marketing team, ensuring the timely delivery of key initiatives. By facilitating continuous improvement and streamlining workflows, the Scrum Master will help optimize team performance, enabling to focus on high-priority tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and promote continuous improvement.
• Sprint Management: Track team performance against daily and sprint goals, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Impediment Resolution: Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress, facilitating smooth project execution.
• Team Coaching: Mentor and support team members to deepen their understanding of Agile methodologies and foster a culture of self-organization and autonomy.
• Conflict Management: Address and resolve conflicts within the team, promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
• Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners and marketing stakeholders to manage and prioritize the marketing backlog, ensuring clarity of requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, social media, and other teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance metrics, including velocity and burn-down charts, to assess productivity and identify areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications:
• (CSM) Certified ScrumMaster. (Mandatory)
• Advanced certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM).

• Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master, preferably within marketing or digital project management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Expertise in facilitating meetings, conflict resolution, and team building.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with marketing processes, campaigns, and content workflows.
• Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing CRMs.
• Basic understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making in marketing
