Job Purpose
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for owning, executing, and optimizing our paid acquisition strategy to drive scalable user growth, conversion, and retention. You will manage campaigns across multiple digital channels (including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic), leveraging data-driven insights to optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) or LTV (Lifetime Value).
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across major platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Budget Allocation: Optimize a significant monthly ad budget, dynamically reallocating spend based on real-time performance and channel efficiency.
A/B Testing: Design and execute continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Data Analysis & Optimization
Funnel Optimization: Analyze the full marketing funnel to identify bottlenecks and unlock growth opportunities across the entire user journey.
Attribution & Tracking: Work closely with data and development teams to ensure flawless event tracking, data attribution, and deep integration with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs like Adjust, AppsFlyer) or web analytics tools (GA4).
Reporting: Build and maintain performance dashboards, presenting weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific growth reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Creative Collaboration
Creative Ideation: Collaborate with design and content teams to brainstorm high-converting ad assets, video concepts, and localized copy.
Performance Feedback: Provide data-backed feedback to creative teams regarding which assets are driving performance, shifting strategies toward content velocity and localization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience running paid acquisition, performance marketing, or growth campaigns (B2C or FinTech/App marketing experience is a strong plus).
Channel Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, App Campaigns), and TikTok Ads Manager.
Analytical Powerhouse: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics 4. Strong understanding of growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPM, CPC, and CPI.
Tech Stack Savvy: Direct experience working with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and an understanding of post-iOS14 tracking challenges and attribution modeling.
Testing Framework: A disciplined approach to testing hypotheses and a background in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Mindset: Highly analytical, agile, and structured. You enjoy problem-solving and can turn data into compelling narratives and business strategies.
