Execute Performance Management Cycle:
Manage the end-to-end performance cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year end evaluations.

Execute Performance Management Cycle:
Manage the end-to-end performance cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year end evaluations.
- Maintain KPI Dashboards:
Regularly update and manage dashboards to track performance indicators effectively. - Prepare Performance Reports:
Generate and maintain comprehensive departmental performance reports. - Align KPIs with Organizational Goals:
Ensure that individual and team KPIs are in line with broader organizational objectives. - Facilitate Review Sessions:
Conduct periodic performance review sessions with managers and employees. - Support Calibration & Review Meetings:
Assist in organizing and executing calibration meetings, offering insights and recommendations. - Analyze Performance Trends:
Evaluate performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. - Manage HRMS/PMS Performance Entries:
Accurately enter and maintain performance data within HRMS/PMS systems. - Conduct Orientation & Training:
Train employees and managers on performance management processes, tools, and best practices. - Assist in Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs):
Support managers in developing and monitoring PIPs for underperforming employees. - Recommend Process Improvements:
Suggest enhancements to performance management processes based on trends, observations, and best practices.
