Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Execute Creative Assets: Develop and execute engaging and visually appealing video content for digital products, including but not limited to: digital video content, animations, digital banners, social media graphics, website and app elements, email templates, print collateral, and more.
- Brand Identity: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Creative Conceptualization: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table, translating concepts into captivating videos & designs that align with project objectives.
- Layout and Typography: Master the art of layout and typography to create aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance content readability and engagement.
- Image Editing and Manipulation: Edit and manipulate images to achieve the desired visual impact while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry to ensure that our designs remain innovative and relevant.
- Brand Design: Develop a key understanding of the brand and its design/creative philosophy and adding to it.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, content, and development, to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery of design assets.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- BFA or Computer Science
- 3-4 years of professional experience as an animator preferably in an agency setting. showcasing a diverse portfolio of work.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to feedback from various stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving design trends and emerging technologies in the graphic design field.
- Visual Aesthetics: Proven expertise in creating visually stunning designs, with a deep understanding of colour theory, composition, and layout principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
