Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

The Social Media Team Lead will oversee the brand’s social media strategy to drive growth, engagement, and retention while aligning with broader business objectives. This role requires expertise in creating viral, platform-specific content that attracts organic views, boosts app installs, and increases customer retention. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of achieving organic growth, managing communities, and leveraging social media trends to maximize impact.

This is a highly creative and dynamic role, suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about the power of social media to grow a brand organically. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of using AI tools to create content efficiently and knowledge of SEO to enhance discoverability and performance.


Primary Responsibilities



Strategy and Planning

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at driving organic growth, app installs, and engagement.
  • Design platform-specific content strategies tailored to audience preferences and algorithm best practices.
  • Identify and capitalize on trends, challenges, and viral opportunities to increase visibility and traffic.
Content Creation and Management
  • Lead the creation of innovative, engaging, and shareable content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
  • Oversee the social media content calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and relevant content publishing.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and PR teams to produce cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Community Engagement
  • Build, nurture, and engage online communities, fostering conversations that align with brand values.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to audience interactions, including feedback, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Manage crisis communication on social platforms to protect and enhance the brand's reputation.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize social media strategies and campaigns based on data-driven results to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Team Leadership
  • Mentor and guide the social media team to deliver high-quality, innovative work.
  • Ensure alignment between social media efforts and overall marketing goals.
  • Support team members in managing deadlines and maintaining consistent output in a fast-paced environment.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Partner with influencers and creators to amplify the brand’s reach organically.
  • Provide live coverage of events, campaigns, and launches to engage audiences in real time.
  • Develop and maintain a crisis management protocol for social media.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep strategies ahead of the curve.
