Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to conceptualise, design, and enhance money transfer products and services that align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Ensure the seamless user experience of ACE’s mobile app and website by overseeing the overall UI/UX. Work closely with UI/UX designers and researchers to ensure the product delivers customer ease and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Monitor and optimise the performance of payment gateways and acquirers. Focus on providing customers with a smooth, efficient, and seamless checkout experience during money transfers.
  • Analyse data and user interactions to identify friction points in the mobile app and website. Collaborate with IT teams to recommend and implement solutions that improve performance, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Lead sprint finalisation and task prioritisation efforts with the technical teams, ensuring that the development of new features and enhancements is carried out in a structured and timely manner.
  • Oversee the complete process of onboarding new payment methods and payout partners. Conduct thorough analysis and review their onboarding processes, ensuring successful integration, pre-launch, and post-launch activities are properly managed.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive advantages. Evaluate product performance regularly and provide data-driven insights for improvements.
  • Ensure a customer-first mindset by continuously gathering user feedback, conducting usability testing, and driving iterative improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Ensure that all products, features, and processes comply with financial regulations, including international money transfer standards.
  • Work closely with other teams (IT, marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product development and optimisation processes.
Skills and Competencies:
 
  • Proficiency in Product Management Tools: Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Gantt charts, or similar tools for project and task management.
     
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data, user feedback, and market trends to make informed product decisions.
     
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues, develop solutions, and implement strategies to overcome product challenges.
     
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
     
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and build strong relationships across departments.
     
  • Prioritisation & Project Management: Strong skills in task prioritisation, managing multiple projects, and ensuring the timely execution of deliverables.
     
  • UI/UX Sense: A keen understanding of UI/UX design principles, particularly related to mobile apps and web portals, ensuring customer ease during transactions.
     
  • Innovation: A creative mindset to stay ahead of market trends, proposing new features or improvements to enhance the product.

Basic Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as product management, design, business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a product management or analysis role, preferably in digital finance, money transfers, eCommerce, or a related industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of money transfer services, financial technologies, or eCommerce apps. Experience in digital finance or eCommerce product departments is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools used for data analysis, product management, and UI/UX review (e.g., Google Analytics, JIRA, etc.).
  • UI/UX Sensibility: A good sense of how UI/UX impacts the overall customer experience, particularly in mobile app/web environments and transaction checkout flows.
