We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firewalls and IT support. The IT Support Executive will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring the security and reliability of our network systems. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Ensure optimal configuration, security, and performance of Microsoft 365 tools.

Active Directory Management

  • Maintain and update Active Directory (AD) infrastructure.
  • Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, security groups, and organizational units in AD.
  • Perform periodic audits and updates to ensure compliance with security and organizational policies.

Firewall and Network Security

  • Configure and manage firewall settings to ensure robust network security.
  • Monitor and analyze firewall logs to detect and respond to potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.

End-User IT Support

  • Respond to IT support requests from end-users via helpdesk, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT systems and applications.

Network Infrastructure Maintenance

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Implement and manage network security protocols to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Conduct periodic checks to ensure high availability and performance of network systems.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Generate reports on IT performance, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Assist in planning and implementing IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
