Role Overview
The Executive – Strategic Partnerships is responsible for identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships that drive ACE Union’s business growth. This role involves market research, deal negotiation, compliance coordination, project execution, and fostering strong relationships with a diverse range of partners, including acquirers, FX traders, payout providers, gift card suppliers, cash bag service providers, and travel partners.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of financial services, regulatory compliance, and project management. They will play a key role in streamlining partner integration, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring long-term value creation through strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Identification & Onboarding
Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate high-potential partners aligned with ACE Union’s strategic objectives.
Facilitate the due diligence and onboarding process, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
Negotiate partnership agreements, structure deals, and manage documentation, securing internal approvals at each stage.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and activation of new partners.
2. Partner Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing partners, addressing queries related to onboarding, operations, and integrations.
Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance, and Product teams to resolve partner concerns efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
3. Compliance, Documentation & Project Coordination
Ensure all partnership agreements, regulatory documents, and due diligence records are accurately maintained and updated.
Assist in contract negotiations and ensure timely internal approvals before execution.
Oversee project coordination tasks related to partner onboarding and deal execution, ensuring smooth workflows across teams.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all communications, approvals, and partnership-related activities.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze partner performance, transaction volumes, and service quality to ensure alignment with ACE Union’s growth objectives.
Prepare and present detailed monthly and quarterly reports for senior management, highlighting key insights, performance trends, and actionable recommendations.
Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for strategic growth.
Collaboration & Growth Opportunities
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive successful strategic collaborations.
Gain hands-on experience in financial negotiations, remittance operations, and global partnership development.
Play a key role in shaping ACE Union’s global expansion initiatives and contribute to high-impact decision-making processes.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, deal negotiation, or financial services.
- Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with banking partnerships, remittance operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
