Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a core member of the Growth team, enabling and assisting growth initiatives through data and insights
• Extract, analyse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights for growth and product decisions
• Own the acquisition pipeline and proactively manage the acquisition funnel.
• Recommend areas of improvement including drop offs, stagnation and KYC bottlenecks across the funnel
• Take the lead in exploring non-conventional methods to acquire new customers
• Consistently run quality check on alternate onboarding channels and recommend/implement improvements
• Introduce rewards program to improve engagement and maintain/lower CAC
• Experiment in tweaking pricing mechanisms and create a robust onboarding ecosystem
• Conduct deep-dives to highlight performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Lead A/B tests and data-driven experiments to enhance conversion and engagement across platforms.
• Document experiment hypotheses, results, and insights in a structured format. Support planning, segmentation, and execution of retention, win-back, and engagement campaigns.
• Maintain KPI dashboards covering CAC drivers, activation, retention, churn, corridor trends, and CLV.
• Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and visualising tools like PowerBI etc.
• Have good understanding of funnels, cohort analysis, churn metrics, retention, A/B testing, performance tracking and campaign analytics.
• Support product-led growth (PLG) initiatives by providing analytical inputs for experiments, feature launches, and optimization efforts
• Introduce gamification and recommend/lead onboarding journey improvements
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations.
