Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify variances and trends.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analyses, reconciliations, and utilization summaries.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting tools to improve data visibility and decision-making.
- Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimizations.
- Present financial analyses and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback for refinement.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to understand business needs and support strategic initiatives.
- Recommend and implement tools or systems to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in financial software, including ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced Excel.
- Strong skills in data analysis, modeling, forecasting, and automation.
- Ability to work with large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial principles.
- Capability to identify efficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in evaluating financial tools and standardizing processes.
