Job Title: HR Manager

Reporting To: Director, Human Resources

Job Summary:
The HR Manager will lead and manage comprehensive HR functions, including HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, employer branding, and broader strategic HR initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives while fostering an inclusive and high-performance work culture. The role also covers legal compliance, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development, with the autonomy to drive HR programs across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a group-wide HR strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management to support growth.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR policies support business needs and drive cultural alignment across units.
  • Ensure HR policies reflect industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and emerging trends (e.g., remote/hybrid work).
Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Develop and oversee a centralized, competency-based recruitment strategy, including executive hiring.
  • Integrate the latest tools and AI in recruitment to reduce time-to-fill and enhance the quality of hire.
  • Lead employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and employee integration programs across business units.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
  • Lead adoption of HR technology solutions to automate processes and enable data-driven decision making.
  • Develop HR analytics dashboards tracking performance, retention, and employee satisfaction.
Performance Management & Employee Development
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee training, upskilling, and leadership development programs.
  • Support career progression initiatives and succession planning.
Culture & Employee Experience
  • Foster a strong, inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.
  • Act as a custodian of organizational culture and lead by example in demonstrating company values.
  • Promote continuous learning, innovation, and open feedback across all levels.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop competitive compensation structures aligned with market trends and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee incentive programs.
  • Propose grading systems tailored to industry standards and localized to specific business units.
Legal & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws in all operational jurisdictions.
  • Manage legal matters such as labour disputes, contracts, and regulatory filings.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and lead internal investigations related to employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
Organizational Development & Employee Engagement
  • Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives organization-wide.
  • Mediate employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
Safety, Security & Workplace Well-being
  • Develop and oversee workplace health, safety, and security policies.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Promote employee wellness and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Limits of Authority:
  • Full operational autonomy to lead HR programs and initiatives.
  • Strategic decisions and budgetary commitments require alignment with Director HR and senior leadership.
  • Authorized to represent the company in HR-related legal and regulatory matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (06 years) in HR management roles, preferably within a multi-entity or group environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Local & global labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HR digital transformation and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
