Job Title: IT Support Officer

Responsibilities:

Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware and software issues.
Manage and optimize network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Oversee the configuration and troubleshooting of surveillance camera systems.
Ensure the seamless operation and user support for system applications.
Install, configure, and maintain a variety of software applications based on organizational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT requirements and implement innovative solutions.
Keep software systems up to date by applying the latest patches and updates.
Maintain detailed records of support activities and resolutions.
