Job Title: Chief Land Surveyor
Location: Canal City - Sarai Alamgir
Reports To: Project Manager


Job Summary:
ACE Properties is seeking an experienced Chief Land Surveyor to lead and manage our land surveying operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in surveying, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable data for a variety of construction, engineering, and land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and supervise a team of surveyors to ensure efficient execution of all surveying tasks.
    • Plan all Road Network including profiles.
    • Mentor and train junior surveyors to improve overall team performance.
    • Plan, organize, Design and execute complex surveying projects, including topographical, boundary, and construction layout surveys.
    • Coordinate with project managers to ensure survey requirements are met.
    • Complete Planning of Road Drawing, Design including profiles and Road sections.
    • Complete Planning, Drawing and Designing of Sewerage sytem.
    • Complete Planning, Drawing and Designing of Water Supply.
    • Making sure all executions are according to Approved Design.
    • Coordinate / Assist Quantity surveyors for vetting of contractor’s bills.
    • Coordinate with Design Department and relevant stake holders for Town Planning and other project related matters.
    • Review and validate survey data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements and project specifications.
    • Conduct quality control checks to verify the precision of collected data.
    • Establish and maintain control networks, benchmarks, and reference points to guide construction and development projects.
    • Compile, process, and analyze survey data to create detailed maps, plans, and legal documentation.
    • Utilize advanced surveying software and equipment to manage and interpret data.
    • Ensure that surveying activities comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including property laws, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
    • Estimate and manage budgets for surveying projects, including personnel, equipment, and time allocation.
    • Optimize resource use to meet project timelines and cost-efficiency goals.
    • Assist Project Manager for budget of the project.
    • Make sure all check request from the contractors and his teams are Passed / Approved related to his scope of work by him and his team.
       
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying.
  • Proficiency in using advanced surveying tools and software (e.g., GPS, GIS, AutoCAD).
  • Strong knowledge of legal aspects of land surveying, property boundaries, and regulatory requirements.
