We are looking for a Performance Copywriter who can craft persuasive, data-driven copy that directly drives conversions, sales, and measurable business results. You will collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and creative teams to produce copy for digital campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, paid ads, and more. Your work will directly impact the ROI of our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-converting copy for paid social, search ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and website.
- Use data and analytics to optimize copy for engagement, click-through, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on messaging based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and trends to inform copy strategy.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice across all performance marketing channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for copy improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a copywriter in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of conversion copywriting, persuasive techniques, and UX principles.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) to inform copy decisions.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation in any domain is required, along with proven experience in a similar role.
- Experience in international and fintech digital marketing campaigns.
- SEO knowledge to optimize landing pages and web content.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Multilingual copywriting experience for diverse markets.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Conversion rate improvements on campaigns you write for.
- Engagement metrics (CTR, open rates, etc.) for emails and ads.
- Contribution to revenue growth or cost-per-acquisition reduction.
