Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Innovation Specialist to join our Product Department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying opportunities, designing innovative financial solutions, and driving the development of products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights in the remittance and fintech sectors.
- Analyse customer feedback and market data to uncover opportunities for innovation.
Product Ideation & Development:
- Brainstorm and conceptualize new product ideas that align with the company’s vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and refine new product features and services.
Innovation Strategy:
- Develop and execute product innovation strategies to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to drive product differentiation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders including Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between customer needs and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.
Performance Monitoring:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product innovations.
- Continuously monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Innovation Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in product innovation, development, or a related role in the fintech, remittance, or financial services sector.
Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into successful products.
Strong understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics, and emerging trends in financial technology.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.).
