Position Summary:

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of all financial and performance projections across the organization. This includes coordinating with internal departments (Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, BI) and external stakeholders (partners, vendors) to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable forecasting. The role also includes conducting research and market analysis to support projection assumptions and pricing models for various products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  1. Projection Management:
  • Own the full lifecycle of financial and usage projections requested by internal teams and external partners.
  • Consolidate data inputs, assumptions, and dependencies from all relevant departments (Product, BI, Finance, RD, etc.).
  • Ensure timely submission and version control of all projection documents.
  1. Cross-Department Coordination:
  • Act as the central liaison between internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data assumptions.
  • Facilitate alignment between teams on timelines, expectations, and deliverables related to projections.
  1. Pricing Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct research on market pricing trends, competitor products, and industry benchmarks
  • Support in designing pricing models that align with business goals and customer segments
  • Recommend price positioning for products based on research and internal cost structures.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze historical product performance and use insights to inform future projections.
  • Work closely with BIU and Product teams to ensure projection models are based on reliable, up-to-date data.
  • Prepare summary decks and visual reports for leadership review and decision-making.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Coordinate with external partners (banks, vendors, etc.) through RD to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored projection formats.
  • Support communication with the PMO and RD teams to update on projection timelines and milestones.
  1. Documentation & Audit Trail:
  • Maintain clear records of projection assumptions, methodologies, approvals, and revisions.
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and accessible for future reference or regulatory reviews.
  1. Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the projection workflow and propose process enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized templates and best practices for forecasting activities.
Knowledge & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or a product strategy role.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and forecasting models.
  • Prior experience working in fintech, banking, or technology-driven organizations is a plus.
