Job Title: Customer Support & Recovery Assistant
Job Summary:
ACE Properties is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Recovery Assistant. This role involves handling customer interactions, maintaining records, supporting payment tracking, and assisting the recovery team in follow-ups. Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Record Management
- Assist in file issuance and document handling
- Perform basic data entry and update records in the system
- Maintain organized physical and digital records
- Scan, digitize, and properly file documents
- Maintain records of all submitted documents
Payments & Accounts Support
- Receive and record cash payments under supervision
- Assist in tracking bank transfers, cheques, and drafts
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment verification
- Help prepare payment receipts and adjustment slips
Customer Handling & Communication
- Attend to clients and respond to basic queries
- Handle customer calls and messages professionally
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and dealers
Recovery & Follow-ups
- Support the recovery team in follow-up calls and reminders
- Send payment reminders via calls, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Update recovery records and client follow-up status
Documentation & Reporting
- Assist clients in filling forms and completing basic documentation
- Collect and organize required documents
- Forward cases to senior team members for processing
- Prepare simple daily activity reports for the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Male candidates only)
- Good communication skills in Urdu and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, data entry)
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic understanding of payments and installment handling
