Position Summary:

Job Overview:


The System & Process Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the System and Process Department (SPD), ensuring effective management of organizational systems and processes. The role supports the System & Process Lead and involves developing and implementing policies and procedures in collaboration with stakeholder departments. Additionally, the System & Process Executive provides operational support to System & Process Department and other departments to help achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing processes, procedures, or methods to improve the efficiency of all business aspects.
  • Ensuring all regulations are followed and report any violations to the SPD Lead
  • Conduct audits of current processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and modifying policies, procedures, and protocols for new or existing programs, processes, and products (as assigned).
  • Training stakeholders on the new process to ensure effective implementation
  • Analyze current processes and coordinate stakeholders and optimization/re-engineer or modify as per best practices for their signoffs (as assigned)
  • Communicate the process change to all affected parties.
  • Automate the processes through developing and implementing systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills with good command of presentation, report drafting and policy writing are also encouraged to apply.
