ACE Money Transfer is looking to hire Partner Onboarding Specialist (Remittance Pay-out Side).
Job Summary:
The Onboarding Specialist will drive growth and expansion for the company’s strategic pay-out-side partners, which could include big Banks and well-known MSBs. The Onboarding Specialist’s main role will be to guide our partners through our internal onboarding process and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding overall for our various international entities. This role focuses on rapid growth and onboarding of partners and will maximize the company’s ability to be agile within the field of work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Onboarding Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact to guide Banks and Money Service Providers (MSBs) during the onboarding process.
- Manage timelines to achieve timely activation of new partners across international entities.
- Quickly address any onboarding issues, liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collect and verify all required documentation for partner onboarding.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure partners meet compliance standards across jurisdictions. Liaise with internal departments who require due diligence information.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements, ensuring all onboarding activities meet regulatory standards.
- Keep partners and internal stakeholders informed of onboarding status and key milestones.
- Work closely with compliance, finance, and operations teams to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Set clear expectations with partners regarding onboarding timelines and requirements.
- Continuously assess and improve onboarding processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to onboarding speed, accuracy, and partner satisfaction.
- Use feedback and data to recommend enhancements to the onboarding process to better support growth.
Qualifications:
BBA, MBA, IR, Engineering, Finance or relevant field.
