About the Role
We are looking for an MIS & Data Analyst to join our growing fintech team specializing in international remittances and cross-border payments. The MIS & Data Analyst will play a key role in managing and delivering structured reports across multiple timelines while performing data analysis to support business decisions, improve performance, and ensure data-driven operations aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports
• Monitor key KPIs and highlight variances and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with different teams to collect, validate, and consolidate data
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management decisions
• Perform ad-hoc analysis based on business requirements
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortRa
• Maintain documentation of data sources, reporting processes, and methodologies
• Support performance tracking across corridors, operations, and customer segments
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management reviews
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (fintech, remittance, or banking preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ms Office (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards)
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar BI tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL / databases is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
