Role Purpose:

Lead the development and management of ACE’s White Label and JV initiatives, including lead generation, contract negotiation, onboarding coordination, and ongoing performance oversight. The Team Lead ensures commercial, technical, and regulatory readiness for all white-label and third-party collaborations, acting as the central liaison between internal departments and external partners. This role will be centred around the coordination of major partnerships for expansion via white labelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the end-to-end execution of ACE’s White Label and JV strategy—from lead generation through to launch and post-go-live management.
  2. Identify potential partners (EMIs, MSBs, banks, fintech’s) and evaluate their commercial and technical fit with ACE’s ecosystem.
  3. Coordinate closely with Compliance, Licensing, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding and contract finalisation.
  4. Oversee due diligence, business case preparation, and commercial proposal development for each opportunity.
  5. Manage all project timelines, deliverables, and partner communications through structured trackers and reporting.
  6. Lead internal working groups for each live project, ensuring readiness of technical integration, settlement flows, and risk mitigations.
  7. Supervise and mentor officers within the team, assigning clear responsibilities and maintaining delivery discipline.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B partnerships, fintech sales, or payment network management.
  • Strong understanding of white-label and vendor partnership models (APIs, settlement cycles, SLAs).
  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder-management capability.
  • Project management experience with multi-team dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
