Lead a cross-functional team to dominate app stores, paid channels, and organic growth while pioneering expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Global Growth
- Develop local + global growth strategies for the FinTech app, from market entry to dominance.
- Lead geo-expansion plans: Conduct market research, regulatory assessments, and localization (language, pricing, partnerships).
- Own app growth metrics: CAC, LTV, retention, and ROI across regions.
- Drive app store optimization (ASO) and global storefront strategies (Google Play, Apple App Store).
- Scale performance marketing: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate networks—optimizing for CPA and ROAS.
- Master organic growth: SEO, content marketing, viral loops, and community building (Reddit, Telegram, Quora).
- Deploy hyper-targeted campaigns using predictive analytics and AI-driven tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, AppsFlyer).
- Build a global FinTech brand through TVCs, influencer ecosystems, and PR (TechCrunch, Bloomberg).
- Oversee high-converting creatives: UGC, interactive ads, and localized storytelling.
- Partner with product teams to align in-app messaging with marketing campaigns.
- Mentor a global-ready team (performance marketers, designers, data analysts).
- Manage cross-border agencies (media buyers, localization vendors).
- Allocate budgets for maximum global impact (test-and-learn frameworks).
- 7+ years in growth marketing, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or mobile apps.
- Proven success in scaling apps globally (user acquisition, retention, monetization).
- Expertise in Meta/Google Ads, ASO, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Branch), CRM (Braze/SendGrid).
- Data-obsessed: SQL, Google Analytics 4, and attribution modeling.
- Leadership: Built/managed high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
