Job Overview:
The People Operations Executive will support end-to-end global HR operations while being based in our Lahore office location. Working under the supervision of the Senior Manager [People & Culture], this role is designed for an ambitious HR professional at an early stage of their career who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to international HR operations within a fast-growing Fintech organization.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and prior experience or exposure to international HR practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless HR service delivery, compliance, and employee support across borders, while contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience for our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
People Operations & Administration:
- Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and timely execution of HR processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with Irish/global labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmations, and contract renewals.
- Ensure HR data integrity across HRIS and internal systems.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Support end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring documentation, system access, and orientation are completed efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for new employees, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from global team.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal communications.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns in a professional, confidential, and timely manner, escalating issues when required.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with International employment regulations.
- Assist in compliance-related activities including audits, documentation, and policy updates.
- Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards, including GDPR requirements.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for global employees.
- Assist in benefits administration, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Support resolution of payroll and benefits-related queries.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, hiring managers, and global HR counterparts to ensure alignment and smooth HR operations.
- Build strong working relationships with internal global stakeholders despite geographic distance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with international HR exposure.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with international stakeholders.
- Familiarity with international labor practices; exposure to European HR operations is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
