Position Summary
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to assist our team in creating, scheduling, and managing content across multiple platforms. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement while contributing to the brand’s online presence.
Primary Responsibilities
• Content Creation & Scheduling
Assist in creating engaging content (text, images, videos) and schedule posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube to maintain a consistent online presence and attract engagement.
• Audience Engagement
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly or escalating as needed. Engage with followers to foster positive relationships and build an active online community.
•Trend Research
Stay on top of trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas within the industry and beyond to ensure content resonates with the audience, helping to increase visibility and engagement.
•Campaign Support
Collaborate with the team in planning, executing, and promoting social media campaigns. Support campaign initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer interaction, and follower growth.
• Performance Tracking
Track key metrics like likes, comments, shares, and follower growth to assess the performance of campaigns. Regularly report insights to the team to inform strategies and improvements.
•Social Media Trends
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively suggest new techniques to improve content strategies and enhance engagement.
Secondary Responsibilities
•Competitor Research
Perform research on competitors’ social media content and strategies to identify trends and gaps. Provide recommendations for improving ACE’s approach based on industry insights.
•Editorial Calendar
Help maintain and organize the editorial calendar for social media postings, ensuring content is timely, consistent, and aligned with the broader marketing strategy.
•Graphic Design Support
Assist with basic graphic design tasks or collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and engaging content for social media posts.
•Content Preparation
Support the preparation of content for email campaigns, blog posts, or other digital channels, ensuring the tone and message align with the social media strategy.
•Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure content and campaigns are aligned across all channels and meet business goals.
•Additional Tasks
Provide support with any administrative tasks or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Social Media Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
