Position Overview
The Senior Manager – Corporate Relationship & Business Development is a key leadership role responsible for expanding ACE’s business network, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to corporate partners. This position oversees business partner onboarding, market research, competitor analysis, licensing acquisition, and the expansion of new pay-out corridors.
Acting as the primary representative of ACE for business partners, this role ensures strategic alignment, compliance, and operational efficiency. The incumbent will manage the Relationship Department (RD) and report directly to the Executive Head – Business, providing regular insights, performance evaluations, licensing updates, and competitive analyses.

This position oversees business partner onboarding, market research, competitor analysis, licensing acquisition, and the expansion of new pay-out corridors.

The incumbent will manage the Relationship Department (RD) and report directly to the Executive Head – Business, providing regular insights, performance evaluations, licensing updates, and competitive analyses.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Partner Onboarding
- Lead the onboarding process for new business partners, including negotiating agreements, defining SLAs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance partner experience.
Expansion of Pay-out Corridors
- Identify and assess opportunities to expand ACE’s pay-out network in key markets and high-demand regions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish new corridors, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure smooth integration.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive licensing strategy for ACE’s global operations.
- Manage licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory approvals to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Analyse competitor strategies to drive business differentiation and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with ACE’s business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, including banks, financial institutions, and money service businesses (MSBs).
- Act as the primary point of contact for business partners, handling escalations and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Secure Board of Directors (BOD) approval for new business partners and maintain consistent communication.
- Collaborate with sales, compliance, finance, product, and marketing teams to drive business initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights based on market research and partner feedback.
- Oversee Relationship Department (RD) operations, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks for the department.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience in banking and financial sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyse financial data and market trends.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in the financial industry.
