Basic Job Description:

Project Management for all Projects related to the Expansion of the Company's Business into New Countries.
Research on the Regulatory Requirements for the Licensing & Running Company Operations.
Research and Engagement with Various Consultancy Firms and Legal Firms.
Comparative Analysis / Feasibility Reports for Internal Approvals.
Preparation of Business Plan Documents for Visibility on New Business Operations.
Documentation related to Licensing & Acquisitions.
Research in multiple countries for New Ventures and Acquisitions.
Project Management and Trackers to present ongoing performance.
Strong Relationship Management with the affiliated business partners.
Perform other duties in the Relationship & Development Department as assigned.
