About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences across our website and mobile application. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Creative Lead, and Product Manager to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, product vision, and brand identity.
Conduct user research and utilize design thinking methodologies to identify areas for improvement in the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our website and mobile application.
Analyse user behavior through UX research tools to pinpoint usability issues, tedious processes, and unnecessary steps.
Design efficient and user-friendly solutions to streamline user journeys, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve platform usability.
Illustrate Designs Using Storyboards, Process Flows, Software, and Sitemaps
Design Graphics User Interface Elements Using Wireframes, Widgets, Icons, Tabs, and Menus.
Build Page Navigation Buttons and Search Fields
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and wireframes to visually communicate design concepts.
Ensure UI elements adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Participate in usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Work collaboratively with developers to ensure designs are translated effectively into functional experiences.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
A design-centric degree (preferred)
Proven track record of designing user-centered interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of design principles, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing experiences.

Bonus Points:

Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing tools.
Understanding of web development and mobile app development principles.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects.
